Our facility is equipped with both single and multiple cutting head machines, allowing us to efficiently handle projects of varying sizes and production needs. Our water jet machines feature large cutting beds designed to accommodate larger monolithic materials, providing flexibility for a wide range of applications. Water jet cutting is highly precise, capable of achieving cutting accuracy down to 0.005″ (+/-)—for comparison, a typical sheet of notebook paper measures approximately 0.004″ thick.
Because water jet cutting does not generate heat, materials are cut without warping, burning, or blackening. We are also able to cut materials in a wide range of thicknesses; for example, aluminum can be cut from 1/8″ up to 18″ thick. To further improve efficiency, we utilize advanced computer nesting software that minimizes material waste while maximizing the number of pieces produced from each sheet. In many applications, water jet cutting is also faster than conventional cutting methods, making it an effective solution for precision fabrication.
