With 2 decades of experience in sales and customer service—and a business background from The Ohio State University— Drew finds his most meaningful reward in building strong, lasting relationships.
A lifelong entrepreneur, Drew previously built, branded, and successfully exited a multi-location restaurant business. He brings that same ownership mindset to his role today, leading new customer acquisition while building the systems and processes that will scale the company’s future growth.

Russell Day has been a cornerstone of National Metal Shapes for over 35 years, bringing unmatched industry knowledge and a deep commitment to his customers. Known for solving complex challenges and delivering reliable results, he has built long-standing relationships rooted in trust and accountability.
Before his career in manufacturing, Russell served in the U.S. Army as a Stinger Missile System Team Chief, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and responsibility that still define his approach today. He takes pride in removing stress for his customers—ensuring they know the job will be handled and done right.

Kevin Green leads floor operations at National Metal Shapes, ensuring every job is executed with precision, efficiency, and reliability. With over 30 years of manufacturing leadership experience at the company, he plays a critical role in turning customer requirements into finished products—on time and to spec.
Known for his work ethic and beloved by the employee body, Kevin has built a reputation for leading teams and delivering under pressure. He studied accounting at the University of Rio Grande and served as captain of the baseball team, where he developed the accountability and team-first mindset that still defines his leadership today.

Mike Contino brings over 40 years of manufacturing and executive leadership experience to National Metal Shapes. He holds an engineering degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Toledo, combining technical expertise with strong financial leadership.
Mike’s career spans roles from manufacturing engineer to Chief Operating Officer before transitioning into CFO positions. This breadth of experience gives him a unique ability to connect operations with financial performance. At National Metal Shapes, he drives discipline, efficiency, and cost control—ensuring the business delivers consistent value and reliable results for customers.
